Someone rang me up and knew my name, claiming I qualified for some sort of emergency medical help. When I asked where they got my number from, they said it was public info, which it definitely isn’t. I told them it was an unwanted call and hung up. They didn’t give a company name but kept saying the medical aid was free. Honestly, something free like that sounds dodgy to me - total scam if you ask me.
