I keep getting these calls about some issue with my electric meter, always saying it’s from “your electricity provider.” They want my bank info to supposedly refund me. The weird thing is, the numbers pop up from all across the UK. One rang from the West Midlands, so I just ended the call. Then, only a couple minutes later, the same bloke called again but from Peebles in Scotland! Told them where to stick it and hung up sharpish.
