Got a call, they asked me by my name but the English was really bad and there was loads of noise in the background. Seemed like a scam to me, so I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from a lady overseas, who actually knew my full name and even my address. She started asking about my kitchen stuff and told me I'd get some money back since I hadn’t made any claims. When I asked where she was ringing from, she hesitated ages then said ‘Home one’. After that, I just hung up. Not sure if she was trying to get my bank info or what. Weird experience, really.
