Back on 1st October 2014, I got an unexpected text from 07786 202609 saying I needed to ring 01225 667667 straight away about next steps. I’d dealt with these lot a few months earlier but didn’t get much help - all they seemed interested in was my personal details to share with the local council. Nothing useful came of it. Now they’re hitting me up again like things have changed. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust them; feels like they’re just pretending to assist while actually working with the council.
