Tried ringing but didn’t bother to leave a message.

Loads of annoying calls coming through, all from random numbers with different area codes. They get blocked straight away by my scam filter. Reported them to Action Fraud but knowing them, they’ll probably take ages and do nothing about it. Just a bunch of muppets having a go.

Total scam! Got a call from an Asian lady asking to speak to the owner of the business, but it’s a private number so she got the wrong one. I told her if she rings again, I’ll be reporting her number to the cops.

Got a call from an Asian guy who said he was ringing from 118. When I said I'd already gone through all the questions, he suddenly changed his story and said he wasn't actually from 118 but working for them instead. The whole thing kept switching - one moment he was from 118, then it was that he was just calling for them. Best just to ignore calls like this, it's probably a scam.

This number claimed they were with the 118 directory but I don't trust them at all. They'd called me from another number before so I just ended the call straight away. Could be just me being suspicious, but I reckon better safe than sorry.

Some guy with a proper accent, probably from Asia, called me pretending to be from my bank. He was all polite but clearly fishing for my account info. Definitely a scammer.
