My mobile flagged this number as a scam, and upon checking, it seems to confirm that it's either a dodgy sales pitch or a bothersome call about nonsense I have no interest in. I think it's best to block this one!

I received a call from this number claiming they were in my vicinity to inspect loft insulation. When I probed with, 'Which area are you referring to?', the caller seemed completely stumped and promptly ended the conversation. It's quite clear this was a generic call lacking any substance, just a number with no credible context.

I received a call from a number listed as being from Bath, so naturally, I picked it up since I'm local. To my surprise, there was silence on the line, followed by a rather strange and unsettling mechanical sound before the call cut off. It struck me as a potential scam, so I’ve decided to block the number altogether.

He claimed to be from the National Grid, saying he needed to come and swap my smart meter. I quickly realised it was a scam and called him out on it. He got rather aggressive with his tone, so I ended the call. To my surprise, he tried ringing me again!

Received a dodgy call from someone claiming to be from Vodafone. They were offering a new phone along with unlimited data for just £8 a month! The person on the line, rather distinctly with an Indian accent, introduced herself as Miss Ashley. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
