My mum and dad, both 87 and not able to get around much anymore, recently got stung by this so-called ‘concierge’ charge from mytravelrocks.com. They’re both pretty frail and won’t be going on any trips again, so it’s just a total rip-off. How on earth do we put a stop to these nasty scammers preying on older folks? It’s beyond wrong.
