If folks stopped engaging with cold callers, they'd likely give up pretty quickly. The harsh reality is that there are those who still do, which keeps them in business. Personally, I steer clear of any companies that resort to cold calling or bombarding me with unsolicited mail. I've made a point of avoiding several of them due to their persistent tactics.
