This number from Bath rang me twice on 31/10/16 but I didn’t pick up. After looking up the number online, I found out it was some dodgy scam call. Since they contacted me on my mobile, I was able to block them straight away. Honestly, my phone is full of blocked numbers from sketchy callers - it’s ridiculous. I just can’t understand why these people are so relentless, constantly invading your personal space and causing such anxiety. It feels like a real violation of privacy. With so much info about us online these days, nothing seems truly private anymore. Once you use the internet for anything, your data gets copied and sold over and over by companies to shady firms. Your details travel all over the globe without you having any clue what these crooks might do with them. Someone please do something about this - I’ve had enough!

Got a call earlier with loads of static, sounded like it was coming from abroad, yet my phone displayed the number coming from "Bath." When I picked up, there was just a lot of crackling and some jumbled talking before the person quickly hung up. I looked it up elsewhere and found out it's likely a scam, probably related to accident or injury claims. I've gone ahead and blocked the number on my phone now.
