Got a call today on my old, unlisted landline (3rd July 2017, about 4.30pm) from someone claiming to be with TalkTalk, saying there were issues with my service. I asked for more details but the woman on the other end got really nasty, told me to shut up and go to hell, not once but twice! When I said I couldn’t hear her properly, she just hung up on me. Proper rude behaviour.
