I received a phone call inquiring about my satisfaction with an insurance claim linked to an accident I supposedly had two and a half years ago. The issue is, I never had such an incident! It’s quite irritating, really. I've insisted they delete my details from their records. Should they dare to ring me again, I’ll have no choice but to report them to Ofcom. The caller mentioned they were reaching out on behalf of someone, but I can't recall who it was.

Received two calls from the same number. I didn’t catch the first one, but managed to answer the second. On the other end, they claimed they were prepared to discuss a settlement regarding an accident I was involved in last year. Things turned a bit awkward when I mentioned they ought to liaise with my assigned case manager. I decided to terminate the call after that, only to find out that this number wasn’t recognised by anyone I know. - Caller: Bogus Insurance firm.
