On the 10th of September around half past three in the afternoon, I got a call on my landline 01225418997, claiming to be from ‘bt’. They mentioned something about giving me a 35% discount on my rent and phone bills as a thank you for being a loyal customer who always pays on time. They said they’d send some documents later to confirm, but then they started asking all sorts of personal stuff which seemed fishy, probably trying to get my bank info or something. I didn’t trust it one bit.
