Got a call claiming my washing machine, barely 8 months old, was no longer under warranty and then they tried pushing a 5 year extended warranty on me real hard. I asked what they were playing at and called them out, only to be greeted with a load of abuse. Definitely a scam, so I blocked the number straight away.
