This lady rang me claiming to be from Virgin Media saying there was some problem with my internet because the speed was on and off. I told her I thought it sounded dodgy. She started telling me how to fix it but I said no thanks. Then she warned me I'd be cut off within two days if I didn’t follow her steps! I said I'd just call Virgin myself. She ended the call quickly. I rang Virgin and they told me straight it was a scam.
