I received a rather baffling call from someone who claimed to be named Luis, and honestly, I could hardly understand a word he mumbled. He went on about climate change and asked if I was clued up on the topic. When I admitted I hadn’t the foggiest idea what he meant, he promised to ring me back on a better line. Unsurprisingly, that call never materialised!

Keeps giving me a bell, then suddenly hangs up. After a bit, I get a voicemail saying there'd be a fee if I ring back. So, I thought I’d give it a go, dialled up and it just rang and then switched to some hold music. Quite the oddity!
