Just answered and there was nothing at first... then a robotic female voice came on saying it was BT warning me they'd cut my service because of some dodgy activity on my account. It asked me to press 1 to fix it, but I ended the call straight away. BT only ring me from their 0800 number whenever I actually report problems, so this felt off.
