On 25/10/2019 I got a call from this number again, and the caller left a voicemail but it was in a language I didn’t understand. Does anyone know which company this number is linked to?

I keep getting calls from 01225 188735 pushing some sort of trading engine investment. I've made it clear I’m not interested, but they just won’t stop. When I attempt to call back, it just gives me a dead tone like the number's not in service. The last call got ridiculous - they actually called me racist just because I told them to stop bothering me. This is definitely a landline number.
