I just got a recorded call claiming to be from btopenworld warning that my broadband would be cut off in 24 hours because apparently my identity has been cloned or used fraudulently nearby. The message told me to press 1 to speak to a btopenworld engineer or press 2 to disconnect. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!
