Since I’m in my sixties, she added I was entitled to a free week-long stay at any villa I picked. All they needed was to put a one penny charge on my bank account to confirm it. I told her straight up it was a scam, and she got angry and just hung up.

Received a dodgy call from someone named Tracy, who had an Indian accent. She said my postcode was picked out for some discount card nonsense. The moment I started probing her on it, she hung up! These swindlers are clearly flouting data protection laws, as they're mishandling private information without anyone's consent.

I received a phone call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming that I had won a discount card valid at all major supermarkets. She requested my banking information to deposit a pound to activate this so-called card. This is utterly scandalous and should absolutely be prohibited.

Got a call about a postcode lottery, something about discount cards, supermarkets, free flights and all that. They kept asking for my age to verify, but I said that info’s private and I wasn’t giving it out to some random caller. After that, I just told them goodbye and hung up.

Got a call from this number at about 8:29am on 17th December 2021. It was a lady speaking but her accent was really strong and hard to follow. I asked her a few times to speak up properly, but she just hung up instead. She sounded pretty unsure of herself, and seeing what others have said about this number, I reckon it might have been a scam.

Got calls twice over two days now, and honestly, it’s like the fourth time in a few weeks. They keep wanting to talk to the old owner of my place who’s been gone for over 20 years!

Keep getting calls for a person that doesn’t live at my address. When I asked to speak to their boss, they just hung up on me! It’s annoying scam callers, most likely from outside the UK. When are our telecom companies gonna stop selling our phone time to these idiots? As always, it’s just about the money and profits!

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent, claiming to be from Aberdeen. She was mumbling through her script and it was clear as day she was running some sort of scam. Probably dodgy immigration stuff or summat. Couldn't make heads or tails of what she was saying.

I’ve started ignoring calls from unknown numbers cause I reckon they’re mostly scams. Since I’ve been doing that, the amount of these annoying calls has really dropped.

Just a few minutes back, got a call from a bloke with a very deep voice, but couldn’t catch a single word he said - his accent was so thick and there was so much noise in the background. I told him twice that I didn’t understand what he was on about, then I just said cheers and ended the call.

On 14.12.21, I got a call twice, first at 12.28 and then again at 13.23. The first time it just rang twice and stopped, but the second time I picked up and no one said a word.

Got a call from someone saying I won the Post Code Lottery, but what shook me was that he already had my address - that’s pretty dodgy. I told him to get lost and he hung up straight away.
