I've had a couple of missed calls from this number, and it turns out they’ve mentioned the same company as 01382 848451, which is Live Energy Research. I’m on the Telephone Preference Service, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference as they claim to be conducting "surveys" or something like that. Quite maddening!

It's infuriating enough to deal with irritating cold calls, but when you're just recovering from a stint in hospital and find yourself rushing to answer the phone only for there to be silence on the other end… it's utterly maddening! I'm completely over these types of calls. Honestly, they should be banned altogether. Ever since my car accident nearly two years back, I've been bombarded with these nuisances, and I have no intention of taking advantage of the legal system. It’s just too much!
