Got a call from a bloke named Kevin Williams claiming to be from Openreach. He had an Indian accent and was pretty nasty, accusing us of some illegal stuff on our account and threatening to cut off our services. When I tried to get his manager’s name, he just snapped back saying it wasn’t any of my business and then hung up on me. Proper rude and sketchy behaviour!

Got a call from someone called Nick Smith claiming to be from BT Openreach, sounded like he had an Indian accent. Said there were issues with my computer, but then just dropped the call. Suspicious if you ask me.
