Got a call from this number earlier and it went straight to voicemail. The message claimed it was HMRC and said there's a warrant out for my arrest over unpaid taxes or tax evasion. I had a good laugh at that! Don’t bother calling them back, it’s definitely not the real tax office. Looks like scammers trying to trick you into giving away personal info or trying to steal your money. Stay alert!

Never picked up this Aberdeen number but got a voicemail from them claiming to be HMRC, saying there was some issue with my tax payment - didn’t even say who it was about. Sounds like typical scammers trying to freak you out to get your details, totally dodgy.
