This caller claimed to be connected with yell###, but the accent made me think they were from somewhere like Pakistan or India. They were trying to pitch some kind of advertising service.

It's just constant annoyance. Honestly, the best thing to do is just put them on block.

Never pick up when the number isn't familiar, and, shockingly, no voicemail was left - classic sign it's a call centre. They've been blocked now.
