Got a call from some AI voice about wills and LPAs. Any legit firm would already have us on the TPS list, so this had "scam" written all over it. Blocked the number straight away.

I've had enough and blocked the number. There needs to be some real way to handle these calls, laws alone don't seem to cut it if no one’s actually making sure they're followed. The TPS isn't much help in my experience, plus BT’s block list only lets you add 100 numbers, which isn't nearly enough. Reporting the nuisance calls feels pointless too, like they don’t really do anything about it.

I’m signed up with the telephone preference service, so when they called, I asked where on earth they got my number from and told them their call was against the rules. I also questioned how they were so sure it was me they were actually after. They just kept interrupting me, so I ended up hanging up.

Just received a call from this number about ten minutes back. A chap claimed to be from a solar company. I enquired which one, as I haven't subscribed to any services, and he mentioned it was the London Solar Company before abruptly ending the call. Quite odd, really!

I received a rather aggressive call from someone purporting to be with a window installation company, and they were rather insistent on obtaining my name. When she rang back, she attempted to gloss over that detail and pressed me yet again for my name. I took the liberty of spelling it out for her, and let’s just say, I wasn’t particularly polite in my response!

It appeared as though I was receiving a call from the NHS, yet it turned out to be concerning a medical alert device designed to be worn around the neck, which supposedly notifies someone in case of a fall. It seemed targeted at the elderly. I can’t shake the feeling that it must be a scam.

Got a phone call supposedly about outsourcing jobs, from India I think. The guy said his name was Kevin which seemed odd, especially as his English was pretty rough. The number appeared to be from Aberdeen though, which was weird. Definitely felt like an international call just killing time for everyone involved.

i keep getting calls about binary options, even tho i block the numbers and tell them to stop. they just ring me again from a different number every time! it’s so annoying.

Honestly, I can't believe how many times these numbers are pestering me-up to 25 calls a day! It’s gotten to the point where I’ve had to just switch my phone off. If this doesn’t stop soon, I’ll have no choice but to report these nuisances to the authorities, not that it seems like that would make a difference. The caller calls themselves Binary, by the way.

Each time I try to return the call, I’m met with an automated voice messaging me about something called 'bank to binary'. The other number that's been pestering me is 02070995315, and they’ve rung a whopping four times just today, while the initial number has called me twice. This barrage of calls surely feels like harassment! - from the caller: Bank to Binary.
