I got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be a TalkTalk tech. He said my router was hacked and tried to get me to access my computer. Honestly, just hang up if this happens to you!

Got a ring from this number saying they were from TalkTalk’s tech support. They claimed my internet had some kind of problem that needed fixing. I told them everything seemed fine since the white light was steady as usual, and they seemed a bit lost at that point. When I questioned why they were calling from a mobile rather than a company landline, the caller suddenly went quiet and then the call just cut off.
