"Your Amazon account has just been charged £800 for an Apple gift card purchase. If this was not you press 1 to contact a customer representative". Yeah right. Scam call.

Got a call from this number around 8:50 this morning. When I picked up, I could tell from the noise it was one of those call centres. The guy asked for me by name but didn’t say who he was right away. He said his name was Jacob and mentioned it’d only take about 40 seconds. I asked if it was a survey, and he said no, just wanted my opinion. I told him, "Mate, that’s a survey," then I hung up straight away.
