I received a call from a gentleman with a foreign accent, I suspect he might be from India, claiming to be representing BT. To be honest, I struggled to grasp much of what he was saying due to the noticeable language barrier. After a bit of going back and forth, asking him to clarify his points more than once, I decided enough was enough and ended the conversation. The call was totally unexpected, and it appeared to come from a local landline, which is why I picked up in the first place. That number has now been firmly added to my blocked contacts list!
