Got a call at 8:57 in the morning from a guy with a really strong Indian accent saying he was from something like "home assist." When I asked how he got my number, he just hung up on me. This kind of thing seems to be happening more and more lately.

I got a call from someone with an Asian accent, started off with "I just wanna ask you two questions." I had my doubts it was some kind of scam, so I just blocked the number straight away.
