It rang three times, but i decided not to answer.

For the last few days, ive had a few calls coming through, but i havent picked up and there wasnt any voicemail either. Then, shortly after one of those calls today, i got a call from a weird number starting with 0081996. I think they're probably from the same scammers, so i've gone ahead and blocked both numbers.

Got calls from someone named David three times over the past week, all about BT or computer security and this Virgin takeyou choice thing. I kept saying we're not interested but he just keeps ringing!

I received a call from this number, accompanied by a robotic voice stating that my internet connection had been jeopardised and that I should press 1 to connect with a technician who could assist me in resolving the issue. It was blindingly obvious that it was nothing more than a scam!

At around 2:33pm on 11th July 2020, I got a call from someone saying they were from Aberdene but I didn’t pick up; I don't believe they have any connection to the BT group. Like many others, I think this caller seems dodgy and wouldn’t trust them.
