On the 22nd of July, 2016, I received a call from an Indian gentleman purportedly representing Talk Talk. He insisted that my laptop was operating sluggishly and urged me to install some software that would grant him remote access to my system. Just a heads-up-it's a total scam! Stay vigilant!
