When I finally picked up on the 5th ring, they were asking for someone who doesn’t even live here and then had the cheek to ask who I was, but when I asked who was calling, they refused to say. If this is supposed to be the NHS, they’re pretty unprofessional. This is not on at all and I’m definitely going to report it.

Received a call at a rather inconvenient hour, which was rather disruptive. No voicemails were left to clarify the purpose of the call. If the N.H.S. is trying to reach you, it could be something pretty important you’re missing.
