At that juncture, I asked him which organisation he was affiliated with, and after some hesitation, he mentioned Smiley Telecom. I pointed out that he was essentially promoting another company rather than gathering independent data, and shortly after, he terminated the call. I attempted to do my homework on Smiley Telecom online, but the only related entity I found was Smile Telecom, which operates out of Manchester and several other locations.
