Received a call this morning, 21st March 2018, at precisely 8:15 AM. I don’t pick up calls from numbers I'm unfamiliar with.

I received a call from TalkTalk, and they're supposedly sorting out my compensation. They asked me to verify my personal details, which I found a bit odd. Given that I'm indeed with TalkTalk and am waiting for some compensation because of their poor service, it initially appeared legitimate. However, it has raised a red flag-could the call centres in India be passing on customer information?
