It's been a right pain as they've plagued us with incessant calls, particularly during our mealtimes. We’re utterly baffled as to how they got hold of our number in the first place. We've even had to involve the police about it.

Received a call at the office from this number, and the chap on the other end kept asking if my name was something different. I told him no twice, and then he abruptly said 'right, goodbye' and ended the call. They've tried to reach me a few times now, it's quite irritating!

Earlier today, I picked up my folks' landline and was greeted by a chap with an Indian accent, who was quite insistent on chatting to someone called Mrs Adams. I informed him politely that there’s no Mrs Adams residing here and that my parents likely wouldn't be keen on any sales pitches. To my astonishment, he erupted into an angry tirade, declaring me an “idiot.” Honestly, who does he think he is to speak to anyone like that? I firmly told him not to ring again, but by then, he’d already slammed the phone down. What kind of individual behaves in such a manner?

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be "James," insisting he had a 20% discount voucher for my company. Mind you, we don’t offer any vouchers whatsoever! I've reported the incident, but I doubt anything will come of it.

I received a call from them yesterday, and despite my repeated insistence to the chap from India that I wasn’t interested, he just kept raising his voice, claiming he wasn't hawking anything. His manner was rather rude. Today, he rang again, and as soon as I recognised his voice, I simply ended the call. I’m baffled as to why these folks are permitted to do this. I've gone ahead and blocked the number on my phone, but whether that actually does the trick remains to be seen.

I've been bombarded by calls from this number, it feels like nearly every day while I'm at home. Today alone, they rang twice! After the second call, I lost my patience and told them to knock it off - they didn't even bother to get my name right, insisting on using my partner's surname instead. Out of the blue, they demanded £200 to cease their calls! I was absolutely livid and asked what on earth would justify such a ridiculous request. The bloke on the line yelled that if I would just give him a moment, he'd explain, but I could hardly make sense of his ranting through all the shouting. I informed him I would report this to the authorities, to which he barked back that I should go ahead and call the police or whoever I liked. That was the final straw! I told him to shove off and to stop ringing my phone.

It seems that Consumer Lifestyle has somehow acquired my work and home phone numbers, and they’re being quite stubborn about taking them off their call list. I’m wondering if there’s any chance of getting either or both of these numbers scrubbed from their records?

I’ve been inundated with calls from this number for the last half a year, often several times each day. It consistently appears to be from someone with an Indian accent. On the latest occasion, the caller insisted he needed just 50 seconds of my time and began reciting my address and postcode details, which was a bit unsettling. Naturally, I hung up the phone. Honestly, it feels like a futile exercise to report these incidents, as I doubt anything is genuinely being done about it. You come across as rather inept and unable to take effective action. I implore you to do something about these nuisances!

Just returned home from a long shift on Friday evening, and wouldn’t you know it, I’ve already received two calls from these lot. Last weekend, they had the audacity to wake me up before 8 in the morning on both Saturday and Sunday-it’s absolutely infuriating! How on earth are they obtaining our telephone numbers? It’s maddening!

On Friday, the 15th of May in the year 2015, I attempted to use the Business Registered Telephone Preference service. I answered the call, only to find that the line went silent immediately.

Just had another annoying call from someone claiming to be "Sammie" - complete with an accent that I reckon is Indian. When I asked him to take my number off their list, his response was to advise me to set my alarm for 6AM for the next round of his calls! Honestly, is there no way to put an end to these annoying, disruptive calls? It's utterly bewildering!

I've received three calls from this number today alone, and one yesterday as well. The callers keep asking for my mother, who unfortunately passed away two months back (her phone has been rerouted to mine). I've informed them three times that she has died and requested they take her number off their list. Each time, they assured me it would be done. During the fourth call, I expressed my growing frustration over the incessant nuisance calls and their failure to uphold their promises. Then, I was subjected to a barrage of what I can only assume was profanity in an Indian language before the caller abruptly cut the line. I tried calling back and selected option 2 to ensure Mum's number was removed, but that obviously hasn’t worked, as they just rang again-only to leave the line dead silent when I answered. I’m utterly livid and heartbroken over this situation; the next time they ring, I might just unleash some choice Anglo-Saxon phrases!

I just inquired if I was speaking to the individual he mentioned, and as soon as I requested to know who was on the line, the call abruptly ended. Quite rude, if you ask me.

I've received a staggering four phone calls today from these pesky people wanting me to take part in some consumer survey. I've firmly declined their requests and insisted they take my number off their calling list, or else I'll have to lodge a complaint with OFCOM for harassment. I doubt the chap on the other end, who went by Eric and had a distinctly Asian accent, understood my point at all.
