On the 8th of November, 2010, I received a call from a gentleman claiming to be associated with Balmoral in Aberdeen. Before he could say much more, I promptly informed him that we are registered with the Telephone Preference Service and therefore should not have received this call. I insisted that they remove our number from their records and then ended the call.
