Got a call from a bloke claiming I qualified for a free boiler through some government scheme. He sounded Asian and kept saying his name was Smith or Smit or something like that. He rang the very next day using the same name, so I just told him where to go.

Sounds like one of those boiler scams. Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming I was eligible for something, even tho I don’t own the place, just rent it.
