So I was trying to get a £5000 loan, right? They wanted me to pay a £100 fee upfront, which made me a bit nervous. Still, I decided to take the chance. Then suddenly they asked for extra cash as some kind of loan tax, which sounded dodgy, but I paid it anyway. In the end, I actually received the loan. Weird experience, honestly.
