The caller insisted he could fix these issues remotely through my router. He directed me to input a web address in the Windows run command, urging me to download something suspicious-likely a keylogger or malware. I've encountered a similar tactic before, and managed to keep him chatting for over thirty minutes. At one point, he had me enter a dubious command, and I ultimately told him there was no way I’d execute any file from a random caller.
