Got a call from someone pretending to be EE offering me 40% off my phone plan. They couldn’t give me any of my personal info, like my name, and kept asking stuff about my current contract price (which EE would already have on file). They also asked if I use a top-up plan. I just ended the call. The number first showed up as a takeaway place on my phone. I searched the number online and found it linked to two different takeaways in Aberdeen, but no other details anywhere. Sounds dodgy to me.
