Got a call from some Indian-American bloke from a firm whose name I didn't catch properly. He was asking loads about this government energy efficiency thing. Oddly, he knew my name and address but had no clue about what kind of house I live in or what heating system I use. It was very much like a call I got last Monday. When I said I use mains gas for heating, he just hung up, just like the previous week. Strange behaviour really.
