Some bloke claiming to be from Open Reach called to say our phone and internet would be disconnected between 5 and midnight, on whatever day we picked. I was out at the time, and my missus told him she’d wait for me to get back and asked if he could ring again in an hour. Instead of being reasonable, he just called her stupid! She was about to give him a right piece of her mind but then he went and hung up on her.
