just got a dodgy phone call warning me my broadband’s about to get cut off. they told me to press 1 to chat with some “rep” or press 2 to actually disconnect the service. watch out, this sounds like a total scam.

Got a robo call about my internet being cut off and to press 1 to chat with someone. Hung up straight away. Definitely not from my actual provider, and they never send messages like that. By the way, I’m up to date on my bills, and Plusnet has been pretty reliable for me.
