He got really frustrated when I told him I had no idea what he was on about and then rudely asked why I was wasting his time instead of listening to his nonsense. From what I've seen, EE wouldn’t tolerate that sort of rude behaviour at all. I’m pretty sure these are scammers, so be careful and don’t give them any info.
