Got a robo call telling me my Amazon Prime subscription is about to renew for £39.99 and to press 1 to talk to an operator. Problem is, I’ve never had a Prime account, so it’s clearly a scam. I just blocked that number straight away.

I just got a rather suspicious call from 01224302007 claiming that my Amazon account has been compromised and that I supposedly signed up for Amazon Prime. They urged me to reach out to their so-called “waiting experts” to sort the issue out. Seems pretty dodgy to me. Anyone else encountered something similar? Any advice would be appreciated!
