I’ve received a barrage of calls from various numbers, and today (3rd July 2019) I got yet another one, claiming to be from BT. They’re insisting that my phone line and internet will be cut off within the next 24 hours. They prompt you to hit 1 if you wish to chat with a technician, but once you do, the line just goes silent - leaving me with no chance to give these con artists a piece of my mind! It’s becoming a regular occurrence with the same voice delivering the same old spiel, yet my service (which, by the way, isn’t even with BT) remains perfectly fine. It's blatantly obvious this is yet another attempt to pull a fast one!
