this bloke claimed he was from some firm that updates on civil programmes about business covid effects. wouldnt give me a callback number and dodged all my questions about what they actually do. got pretty nasty when i wouldnt share his details without more info. he had an indian accent but the line was awful, sounded like some overseas call centre to me.
