When I asked for more info, they suddenly said they couldn’t share anything due to security reasons. Then they tried to get my personal info so they could continue talking to me - yeah, no way!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Car Phone Warehouse HQ, saying there was a new offer. They requested my PAC code to move my phone contract and then wanted my bank details to arrange a direct debit. After the call, I phoned Car Phone Warehouse using the number on their website and they told me they had no record of the call or that number.
