Somebody rang pretending to be from 118, asking for the business owner. They said it was about improving the business’s visibility but then asked if I had the authority to handle money matters for the company. When I answered, it was dead quiet for a bit, then I heard loads of people chatting like a call centre in the background. I’d say this definitely didn’t seem like a genuine call.
