Concerning the warranty for my washing machine, I received a call from a gentleman with an Asian accent who insisted that my warranty had lapsed. He presented me with a so-called 'care package renewal' for it. However, when I pressed him for details regarding the brand and model of my machine, he couldn't provide any specifics. It seemed highly suspect-definitely a scam!
