I highly doubt that the genuine HMRC would reach out to me in such an unprofessional manner as that dodgy voice message! It urged me to hit 1 to speak with a case officer about a supposed tax avoidance issue. Not to mention, it went so far as to threaten me with an arrest warrant in my name! Quite unbelievable, really.
